Why Come To Soccer Camp?

Pastor Mike Kuschel and his wife Beth have more than twenty years of experience in putting on quality soccer camps. The rest of our staff is made up of students, teachers, and volunteers from the area and throughout the Midwest. Several of our staff have coached various levels of soccer, others are volunteers who have a heart for this type of ministry.  They all hope to create an enjoyable experience for your children so that they can learn about the game of soccer and their Savior.

Camp Theme: “For God So Loved The World”

This year is a World Cup year and as nations come together to play this beautiful game of soccer, we will highlight God‘s love for the world during our camp.

Daily Schedule

1:00pm - 3:00pm

The Coaches will lead your children through the early part of the day getting them all involved in fun warm up games and activities.  From there the children will then move on to be taught different soccer skills daily.  After learning their new skills your child will get a chance to put this new knowledge to work. Drills and other games will then incorporate the skills learned.  Water breaks will also be included throughout the day. 

3:00pm Rest and Refreshment

Around 3pm everyday every age group will take a break and be refreshed as they listen to a Bible truth that is shared.  The Bible truth will be linked in some way with what the kids are learning in soccer that day.  At this time a refreshing snack will also be served as well.

3:30pm - 4:00pm Scrimmage

After resting up the players will return to their group and be placed into teams and scrimmage each other for the rest of the day.  This is what most of them have been waiting for all day. 

4:00pm Dismissal

Come pick ‘em up.  For the sake of order and safety please come out to the field and pick your children up instead of having them meet you at your vehicle.

Special events are scheduled for Friday @ 3:30pm:

Parents vs. kids (for ages 4-8) games and a coaches vs. kids (9-12) match.
